We receive numerous phone calls and emails from clients looking for an estimate on a plumbing, electrical, heating or air conditioning service or job.
As we believe in providing the best possible customer service and job quality, in order for us to achieve this, we require our technicians to accurately assess each individual job service. As it is impossible to know each unique work required to solve your problem over the phone, we require our technicians to view the job site or repair in order to properly and accurately diagnose the work needed. Our licensed technicians will provide detailed information on what exactly the service entails, even if you do not approve of the estimate.
We charge per job, not per hour – this provides you without the hassle of having to suffer through somebody hunting and pecking around to discover what the problem is while you are forced to pay them by the hour to do so. As soon as the estimate is presented, we are ready and willing to start the work at your earliest convenience. We can start immediately, or reschedule for a later date or time to fit your busy schedule.
A standard service charge is applied towards all plumbing, heating, electrical, and air conditioning estimates, however, once you approve of the estimate that entire fee is applied towards the cost of your service or work completed. Our standard service charges are as follows: $29 plumbing, $39 electrical, $49 HVAC (heating & air conditioning).
